Writers-at-Work Presents : Sony Ton-Aime
Sony Ton-Aime is a Haitian poet, translator, and art administrator. His first poetry collection, Konbit, was published by Carnegie Mellon University Press earlier this year. He is also author of the chapbook LaWomann (2019) and is the Haitian Creole translator of Olympic Hero: The Lennox Kilgour’s Story. Sony serves as Executive Director of Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures and as co-founding editor of ID13 Prison Literacy Project. His favorite book is Gouverneurs de la Rosee by Jacques Roumain.
